OandL is an application where you can choose to follow your friends specific photo albums that youre interested in seeing. Whenever your friend adds a new photo to their album, your feed will be updated.
As you create albums, you have the option to make them private or public. If you create a public album, all of your friends will be able to see it and will be able to follow it. However, if you create a private album, you can select who will see your album in their list and they will have the option to follow it.
